Starting at Vale UK Limited as an apprentice joiner, achieving Apprentice of the Year, Paul has worked with Vale UK Limited for over 37 years with his roles including Workshop Manager. Having progressed throughout the organisation, Paul has been a Director at Vale UK Limited for over 25 years and Managing Director since 2010. He leads all the companies operations and strategies in order to achieve success whilst also maintaining strong relationships with all our clients across the board.

Ian Boyes
Senior Contracts Manager/New Business Manager
Ian Boyes has been with the organisation since its conception in 1976. With over 40 years’ experience within the shop fitting and construction industry, carrying out roles both on site and within the office, he is now one of the Senior Contracts Managers within Vale UK Limited overseeing a number of our large retail clients. Ian Boyes is also responsible for new business within the organisation with a passion for building ongoing relationships with new clients whilst still upholding our existing relations across the organisation.
Lauren Henerty
General Manager/Head of Health and Safety
With a first class degree in Business Management, Lauren started with the business in 2013 and has progressed into the role of General Manager over the last 18 months. Currently working towards completing her CIPD Level 5 qualification, she is responsible for all HR responsibilities including recruitment within the organisation. Having also completed her NEBOSH, she also heads up the health and safety department ensuring all aspects of health and safety are to the highest possible standards in line with HSE requirements including carrying out site audits on all our projects throughout the UK.
Andy Clarke
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Introduced into the construction industry in 1980 as an apprentice joiner studying for three years and an additional one years advanced craft, Andy moved on to undertake his university studies in 1987 to qualify as a Quantity Surveyor. Since joining Vale UK Limited in 1995, Andy Clarke has resumed the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for all tenders and contracts across the business alongside his team of Surveyors. He has also assisted in allowing the organisation to expand into design & build schemes for a number of our large clients within the business.
